Join us for the PapaKåta Spring Open Weekend on the 17^th & 18^th March 2018 at Escrick Park. We’ll be there with our beautiful Sperry Tents, Teepees and Finishing Touches, as well as a handpicked selection of very talented wedding and event industry suppliers. We’ll be awaiting your arrival and ready to answer your every wedding and event question and query!

Blakefields
Blakefields’ biggest passion is creating innovative and exciting taste sensations to help make your event one to remember. Catering for a diverse range of events to suit every occasion, Blakefields service can be tailored to your needs to make your event truly bespoke.

Founded by two friends who have a passion for different cuisines, you can expect outstanding service, the art of mixology and culinary delights.

The Yorkshire Bar Tender
Since 2015, the Yorkshire Bartender has been shaking up parties across the UK providing a professional and entertaining bar-tending services.

The Yorkshire Bartender is a bespoke bar hire service in the York, Harrogate, Hull, Sheffield and Leeds area, from garden parties to weddings, catering for all your beverage needs. They truly believe every event is different so every menu is totally bespoke to you. Tailored to your tastes and wants, Yorkshire Bartender will do everything they can to make your day memorable.

Natalie Hewitt

Rose & Spade
Rose and Spade is the result of the meeting of two creative ‘floral’ minds – Hart Company and Where Angels Play. With a wealth of knowledge and a combined 30 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, it’s fair to say they know a thing or two about creating breath-taking florals!

As floral artists with a love of all things stylish, Rose and Spade have a lot of fun designing and installing the floral elements and beautiful props, for weddings and parties. Working from their creative hideaway- a workshop in the beautiful North Yorkshire hills and following your (and their) heart at all times to bring your dream wedding or event to life.

Leafy Couture
Working with you on your wedding day Leafy Couture take inspiration from nature, fashion and art to create the vision of your dreams. They love flowers and lots of them, from your bridal bouquet to your floral crown. Whether dressing marquees, tipis or stunning country houses the Leafy Couture girls are in flower heaven. Leafy Couture are magpies for interesting props to bring your wedding day to a beautiful reality. Working constantly with wedding planners, event stylists, photographers, they can guide and inspire you.

Based in Wharfedale Grange near Harewood covering beautiful Yorkshire and beyond. Leafy Couture have dressed some of the finest buildings (and tents – PapaKåta’s of course!) in Yorkshire and are the recommended florists for breath-taking venues such as Denton Hall and Harewood House. They have worked on the Orient Express, Northern Belle and had their flowers in Vogue Magazine. As well as providing flowers and articles for Wedding and Wedding flowers and Accessories magazine.

Escrick Park
The perfect location for your bespoke Wedding or event, set in a peaceful and tranquil parkland with uninterrupted views; Escrick Park is a venue that will help your day to run just the way you always planned!  Ideal for any bride or groom wishing to shape their day, their way without tiresome restrictions and to give your guests a unique experience they will never forget. The outdoor woodland wedding area is a short walk from this site and perfect for your celebrant services in a naturally created area underneath the boughs of 18th-century oaks.

A love of working with people, making everyone look amazing and an incredible knack for capturing the beauty and emotion in everything he sees, with Dominic Wright and his team you’re in safe hands! They understand that every client and wedding is different, catering to your individual needs and appreciating the investment you’re making and the importance of trust between individuals and their photographer.

Miss Friday
Miss Friday, is a fresh and creative bakehouse that focuses on producing beautiful tasting desserts, using local produce so they taste their absolute best. Instead of following the crowd Miss Friday wanted to create a new and exciting concept – The dessert bar is their way of bringing the freshest cakes and desserts to your wedding or event and that come with the wow factor!

I am Nat
Based in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, designer and stationer Natalie specialises in print. With a passion in design and a background in Visual Communication and Graphic Design as well as a self-confessed obsession in crafts, mostly of the paper variety, you can rest assured that a lot of care and attention has gone into I am Nat’s products.

Booth Revolution
Booth Revolution is a fresh new take on the old school classic photo booth. A fun and exciting memory-maker and the latest entertainment for any event, party or wedding reception. Squeeze a group of your guests inside one of our booths, or in front of our retro style camera, grab a silly prop, press the button and strike a pose! Booth Revolution captures people in a spontaneous way, being themselves. What could be more fun than that?

Getting the party spirit started and fulfilling your music requests will be John from ‘Upside Your Mind’. He’ll be there on Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to pop along and enjoy some soulful sounds in the beautiful surroundings of our Teepees and Sperry Tents.
