At last, all those food & drink questions you’ve pondered over the winter months are soon to be answered. Is Gin still in? Is hot food still…hot? To find out all this and more, the PapaKåta Spring Open Weekend on the 17th & 18th March at Escrick Park will be the perfect place to discover the different options for your wedding or event breakfast, brunch or supper. Come and explore our Teepees and Sperry Tents whilst enjoying delicious treats by Blakefields Event Catering and innovative cocktails by the Yorkshire Bartender.

With a unique cocktail menu that has been carefully designed for our PapaKåta couples, the Yorkshire Bartender will be on hand to provide each couple with a cocktail during the open weekend. Staying true to our ethos we will be using the freshest, seasonal ingredients paired with natural homemade syrups and a selection of artisanal spirits.

At Yorkshire Bartender our aim is to listen to, create and perfect your vision. Nothing is out of reach to satisfy this goal. We love the process of exploration that helps us to understand your personal palate. The drinks are our speciality but our style, flair, creativity, sophistication, passion and attention to detail all combine to deliver the overall luxury experience.

Blakefield’s Events
Our menus are both inspired by and tailored to what our clients love to eat. We create different seasonal menu options which are based on our clients’ preferred ingredient for each course. Luckily for us, there isn’t any food that we don’t like, so creating, cooking and delivering different cuisines from all over the globe is something that we massively pride ourselves on. We also do extensive research into current food trends and what is up and coming.

Our unique approach is vibrant, local, seasonal, fresh ingredients, cooked well and tailored to our client’s requirements to make their event truly bespoke to them.

We use great local suppliers like M&K butchers and Millies greengrocers and we source our seafood from Ramus Seafood Emporium in Harrogate. We also have an artisan baker on board who makes all of our amazing cakes, sweet treats and pastries.

Experience these delicious offerings in the setting of our Teepees and Sperry Tents on Saturday the 17th and Sunday 18th March 2018 at Escrick Park. We’ll be there between 11 am and 3 pm and appointments are highly recommended for those of you who would like to sit down, chat through your event and have your questions answered.
