Catering: Wholesome winter fodder from Shambles Kitchen BBQ and The Donut Kitchen. Plus hot chocolate bar, draft ales and local lagers, mulled wine and cider. Little Vikings catered for too!

Following a competitive, formal tendering process, Make It York contracted PapaKåta and Lunchbox Theatrical Productions to provide the food and drink concession at York’s St Nicholas Christmas Festival in November/December 2015. From that ‘THOR'S Tipi’ emerged, an eye-catching, spectacular structure at the heart of the Christmas market. It was a fantastic success with constant queues, fantastic social media feedback and a real talking point for the city. It was extremely well managed and a huge commercial success for the city, and as a result, we have commissioned it for a further 2 years.
