Initially I had almost booked a hotel to get married in. Then one of my clients told me she was using this company and doing it all to her liking, with the help of PapaKåta. I knew then that’s what I wanted as I was very restricted with the hotels needs. I contacted them and they got back to me within hours. The standard of service I received from start to finish was consistent and reliable. Anything I needed I felt like I could pick up the phone and speak to one of the team and nothing was too big or small for them to sort. They are a very organised bunch and make you feel like you have little to do. Which planning almost 2 weddings in one (Scottish/Indian) was exactly what I needed to feel like I could enjoy the process. For such a massive project, papakata were definitely on top of things and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s clear they have been doing this a while!
