We fell in love with Escrick Park Estate over 10 years ago when we held our first open weekend there, since then, we’ve continued our long-lasting love affair and completed over 40 events within the beautiful surroundings. Each one as spectacular as the first. Within a stone’s throw of the picturesque city of York, with its boutique shops, hotels and historic landmarks, Escrick Park Estate is set within 17 acres of green parkland, meaning there’s no limit to the number of Teepees or Sperry tents you can have. If your guest numbers are on the rise and you’re wanting to make the most of the lush green surroundings, consider a tented village for a relaxed festival vibe, or for a more elegant affair, a terraced area or cocktail garden, allowing guests to spill out of the tents and enjoy a drinks reception in the great outdoors.

Catering: Escrick Park are happy to work with your caterer of choice, take a look at some of the fabulous caterers listed on our LBB. From street food & hog roasts to canapés and fine dining, there’s no shortage of inspiration.
Event Toilet: Again, you’re welcome to use suppliers of your choice, or speak to your dedicated event planner here at PapaKåta for some of our trusted recommendations.
Generator: PapaKåta are happy to provide this service, speak to your dedicated event planner to discuss your individual requirements.
Bar: Whether it’s a bath full of beer or prosecco on tap, Escrick Park leave the ball in your court- check out our Little Black Book for some fabulous bar suppliers.
Exclusivity: Yes, this venue is yours for the day.
Licensed for marriage: The Little Theatre at Escrick’s sister site (Skipwith) is licenced to hold a seated ceremony for 60 guests, with a small raised stage for the bride and groom to say their vows.
Ceremony Capacity: Set in an ancient oak clearing, an outdoor open woodland space at Escrick Park provides rustic bench seating for up to 150 people with an archway crafted from dried oak branches to create a special space for your ‘I do’s’. Accommodation: There’s plenty of B&B’s, pubs and hotel options in Escrick and surrounding villages, or, York is just a short taxi ride away with lots of luxury, boutique hotels.
