SPRING OPEN WEEKEND IN PICTURES: PART 3
We’re still feeling the warm fuzzy glow from our Spring Open Weekend in the beautiful surroundings of Escrick Park Estate; this week we’re talking and reminiscing (with rumbling tummies) about the culinary expertise of the supplier friends who joined us in our giant Scandinavian Teepees and Sperry tent for the weekend.
For any wedding or event, the presentation of food is an important part of the experience of the day and one of the ways your day will be remembered by your guests. For an artisan approach look no further than Homegrown Hospitality. Their deconstructed afternoon tea, artistic charcuterie and cheese styling are as beautiful as they are delicious and their indulgent selection of sweet and savoury delights are sure to keep your guests satisfied until the early hours.
As well as being modern quirky and unforgettable cakes, Sweet Sugar Sixpence’s cakes are completely bespoke and as unique and special as the people they’re made for ‘I never make the same cake twice’ Claire Bush of Sweet Sugar Sixpence.
With decadent flavour-rich layers, these cakes strike the perfect balance between being visually opulent and undeniably delicious.
From natural party-starters such as Prosecco, Champagne or the classic G&T, to sophisticated showstoppers, think Daiquiri, Tom Collins, or Moscow Mule, Ice and a Slice bars go above and beyond to ensure your guests are suitably hydrated and are never short of a flavoursome beverage in hand.
Always looking for ways to embrace the hygge in our lives and satisfy our tummies, we couldn’t think of a more fitting accompaniment to any wedding or event than luxury, fresh hand-made waffles! The fact that the clever brains behind The Belgian Waffle Tuk decided to deliver these heavenly patisseries in the chicest of Tuks is just genius! Add to this the typography lit letters spelling out the word waffle and they’ve created the perfect homing device for any discerning wedding or party goer!
Hopefully, this tasty edit shot by the lovely Natasha Cadman has left you inspired and not too hungry?! Check back for a round up of the finishing touches to our Spring Open Weekend and dates for your diary for our next Open Weekend in October! PKx
