What a night! #sperryweddinghourlive
We launched our Sperry tents with a bang, teaming up with #weddinghour and The Wedding Affair to host the party of the Summer. Wedding professionals, including photographers, florists, caterers and venues, gathered in the grounds of the beautiful Newby Hall and Gardens, to party the night away in our Sperry tent. Thanks to Lauren Crainer Photography for the beautiful pictures.
The tipple of the night was heavenly apple martinis served up in champagne coupes by the dapper gents at Louisiannas Mobile Bars.
The amazing Feast Yorkshire created a dessert table to die for, with individual creme brûlées and elderflower and summer fruit jellies, alongside mouth-watering canapés.
The lovely and talented Lucy MacNicoll Flowers used a blush, white, grey and Spring green colour scheme across a range of stunning floral designs, using roses, peonies, hydrangeas and delphiniums.
Entertainment came in the form of the Event Music Company, with laid back Ibiza tunes and accompanying saxophonist.
And a 1920’s Roulette wheel, by Miss Deal, also helped add to the buzz.
The newly created Vintage Booth from our friends at Booth Revolution caused much amusement – check out Facebook for the full album from the night!
The Sperry tent looked just beautiful, with Typical Type’s giant heart, gorgeous paper tassels by the lovely peeps at Paperpoms and balloons from Pamella Dunn adding that final bit of sparkle.
And when darkness eventfully fell, the Sperry looked magical with its festoon lights and uplighted canopy, as the merry guests made their way to their beds.
Wendy at The Charming Press designed our gorgeous invitations for the launch – perfect stationery for a Sperry wedding.
And finally…big thanks go to the guys at Mulhearn Media for capturing the celebrations and creating a Wedding Wednesday Report for the UK Academy of Wedding and Event Planning. So if you weren’t able to join us, then never fear, you can re-live the fun!
