Pitched just right!
As part of PapaKåta’s 2012 contributions to charity, we worked closely with Martin House Children’s Hospice to host a Country Ball in our giant teepees, as part of the charity’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
Conceived and organised by a dedicated event team that included Margherita Blair, Sarah Hymas, Nicky Alton, Alison Auckland and Bridget Moody; 372 guests attended the ball, raising over £21,000 for the Children’s Hospice. The evening was a resounding success for a fantastic institution.
The event was covered in the January issue of Yorkshire Life Magazine. Amongst the glamorous partygoers you will recognise some of the equally glamourous PapaPeeps! We joined in the celebrations to ensure the smooth running of the night, and to enjoy an evening of partying whilst supporting a very worthwhile cause.
