PapaKåta Autumn Open Weekend this weekend: Join us for a weekend of prepping and planning, be inspired and get excited in anticipation for your own wedding or event and let the PapaKåta peeps answer your every question.

You’ll find us and our stunning Sperry Tents and beautiful Tipis at Stonor Park, near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, between 11am and 3pm. Please use the postcode RG9 6HF.
Stonor is located between the M4 (J8/9) and the M40 (J6) on the B480 Henley-on-Thames – Watlington Road. Stonor is a 10 minute drive north from Henley, only an hour from London, 40 minutes from Oxford and Heathrow and half an hour from Reading.
If you are approaching Stonor on the M40 motorway from the East and are using a Satellite Navigation system please ignore any instructions to exit the motorway on either Junctions 4 or 5 as this will add up to an hour to your journey. Please only exit at Junction 6.
The nearest railway station is Henley-on-Thames and taxis are available from the Station.
Look out for the PapaKåta signs and follow the directions through the estate to our Tipis and Sperry Tent. Registration will take place in the Sperry Tent, see you there!

With the expert help of the talented The Cotswold Florist, we will be making the most of the Sperry Tent and Tipis spacious interiors, bringing the most up-to-date trends to life. We’ll also be showcasing our beautiful hanging elements for the forthcoming 2020 wedding and event season, with our floral hoop and beam installations.
We’ve dressed our stunning Sperry® Tent and gorgeous giant Tipis with elegant tablescapes compiled of the most stylish tableware from Whitehouse Event Crockery, stationery by Bureau Design and luxe linens by Just 4 Linen.

Join us this weekend and enjoy the stunning surroundings of Stonor Park from the comfort of our warm and cosy Sperry® Tent and Tipis. Feast on some of the finest canapes by Goose & Berry, and be inspired for your own wedding or event breakfast.
The Cocktail Service’s Innovative mixology and exquisite artistry will not disappoint! We’re so excited for them to share their creative ideas, which as well as tasting delicious (yes, we’ve tried a tipple or two!), create a rememberable wow for any event!
The Vanilla Pod Bakery’s cakes will be super-swoon-worthy, an absolute show-stopper and a thing of beauty, and the best bit…there’ll be samples on-site for you to enjoy over the course of the weekend!
