As PapaKåta’s New Business Coordinator you will be working in the super-savvy Sales and Marketing Team, alongside the New Business Executive. You’ll be responding to enquiries from brides, event planners and corporate clients who are looking to hire our gorgeous tents for weddings, parties, events and festivals.

You’ll thrive on building client relationships and be passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service. Combine this with amazing organisational skills and administrative capabilities, and you’ll soon be achieving the Love-o-meter targets set by the Papa board!

Job responsibilities:

– Managing the QuoteMePapa online generated enquiries
– Responding to clients’ quote enquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Following up with quoted clients through telephone and email callbacks
– Creating bespoke quotes based on the information taken from the enquiries
– Answering telephone enquiries and taking details of clients’ event requirements
– Implementing the venue strategy set out by the New Business Executive; this includes identifying and making contact with potential new venues then building a working relationship with them
