Here at PapaKåta we pride ourselves on being the best constructor of teepees and Sperry tents in the UK. We only operate a can do attitude and are now on the look out for the right calibre of person to join our amazing crew to share the love around the country.

Our Recruitment Day on the 3rd April will involve a day of working with our experienced team where candidates will be chosen for interview. If successful after completing the interview process and training programme you will have an opportunity to tour the country on our many tent constructions working for fabulous clients. You could find yourself working on a construction local to the business or staying overnight on a festival or high profile set-up.

The jobs we are currently recruiting for are Team Leader, Crew Member, Crew Member with Driving Responsibilities and Warehouse Operative.

Apply if you are:

– Reliable, courteous and honest with a professional approach
– Hard-working, practical and able to carry out physically-demanding work in the outdoors
– Naturally enthusiastic with a positive attitude
– Live within 30 minutes drive of our warehouse, and have your own transport to get to and from work

Your responsibilities:

– Unload vehicles
– Undergo on the job training on all aspects of erecting, dismantling and electric installation
– Adhere to PapaKåta’s strict Health & Safety policy
– Work as an effective team member
– Certain jobs have driving responsibilities and require a B+E licence or above
