We’re now looking for an extraordinary Events Admin to work part-time with our Events team to assist with planning and implementing the best and most memorable events for our clients.

The role of PapaKåta Events Admin
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
– Preparing and organising client files once they’ve booked their event with us
– Organising client files for processes
– Site visits
– Organising floor plans
– 5 weekly pre-event process
– Weekly meetings
– Maintaing the venue database
– Quarterly checks on the booked checklist
– General office duties
– Preparing quotations
Relationships
Relationships make the world go round and at PapaKåta we love making friends (inside Papa and out)! You will be encouraged to build lasting relationships with clients. As a small team we must also communicate internally effectively, value all others, and build trust; demonstrating the highest integrity at all times with your colleagues.

We’re a small dynamic team, an office full of do-ers! We relish innovation and solve problems creatively (with the smallest budgets!). Our clients come first and we work hard to make sure we give our clients the times of their lives. We’re ambitious and driven and most of all we like to have fun and enjoy ourselves.
