As PapaKåta’s New Business Coordinator, you’ll be working with the super-savvy Sales & Marketing team, responding to enquiries from brides and event planners looking to hire our gorgeous tents for weddings, parties, festivals and events.
You’ll thrive on building client relationships and be passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service. Combine this with amazing organisational skills and administrative capabilities, and you’ll soon be an integral member of our enthusiastic and professional team.
Job responsibilities:
– Managing the QuoteMePapa online generated enquiries
– Responding to clients’ quote enquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Following up with quoted clients through telephone and email callbacks
– Creating bespoke quotes based on the information taken from the enquiries
– Answering telephone enquiries and taking details of clients’ event requirements
– General office duties and support for the wider team
– This is a full-time role, but part-time hours may be considered.
