Fancy joining our crew?

The Recruitment Day will involve a day of working with our experienced team where candidates will be chosen to interview for our jobs. If successful after completing the interview process and training programme you will have an opportunity to tour the country on our many tent constructions working for fabulous clients. You could find yourself working on a construction local to the business or staying overnight on a festival or high profile set-up. This role is exciting and fast-moving and only for people prepared for a challenge.

•reliable, courteous and honest with a professional approach

•hard-working, practical and able to carry out physically-demanding work in the outdoors

•naturally enthusiastic with a positive attitude

•live within 30 minutes drive of our warehouse, and have your own transport to get to and from work

Your responsibilities:

•unload vehicles

•undergo on the job training on all aspects of erecting, dismantling and electric installation

•adhere to PapaKåta’s strict health & safety policy

•work as an effective team member

•certain roles have driving responsibilities and require a B+E licence or above
