We’re on the look out for a super-organised Business Admin Assistant to join the Papa family. This new role is part-time, worked over 20 hours per week at our shiny new PapaHQ in Sherburn-in-Elmet.
You’ll be working alongside the Business Manager to provide business support to the Papa team. From tackling the day-to-day financial paperwork, to using our accounting software, you’ll need amazing attention to detail and love organising paperwork (and people!)
Your responsibilities
– Purchase invoice processing using Xero accounting software
– Monthly purchase order control
– Filing and archiving
– General assistance as required
Job Specifications
– Previous purchase ledger experience
– IT literate with a good knowledge of Excel & Word and Outlook (we’re a Mac based office)
– Ability to work under pressure
– Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
– Attention to detail
– Full clean driving license and own transport essential
