Carfest North: 31st July – 2nd August
We’re warming up for a weekend of fun and frivolity at CarFest North, Oulton Park, Cheshire this weekend 31st July- 2nd August.
Whilst there is an impressive line up featuring Scouting for Girls, Primal Scream and Texas to name a few, CarFest knows there is more to a festival than an enviable line up and that’s why they make it their mission to provide something for everyone.
Hand picked caterers will have offerings of fabulous festival food, the cars will of course be featuring high on the agenda and guests won’t be disappointed by the draw dropping super, classic and rally cars on show. Children will be kept entertained with appearances by Jo Jingles, BugFest and Flying Seagulls to ensure little revellers will leave with their sides in stitches. There’s even its very own beach where you can enjoy extreme sandcastle building, Punch & Judy shows, and sand art, what’s not to love?!
Our beautiful Teepees will be providing shelter, comfort and hosting a range of acoustic acts daily in CarFest’s brand new music destination – ‘The Wigwam Stage’. There’s Ledra Chapman, Skinny Living and the Seniors amongst the line up. If you haven’t heard of them yet, you soon will. This is for those secret unsigned gems the ones that give you goose bumps and when you hear for the first time you know you’ve heard something special.
PapaKåta are also the proud suppliers of the VIP area, where we’ll be providing a little respite with our giant teepees creating cosy hubs for guests and artists to relax and unwind back stage. Guests can recline on our Hamptons chill out furniture and booths under our hanging hoops and wooden yew swings, plus plenty of Papa sparkle with lots of fairy lights and festoon walkway.
Alongside our beautiful teepees, we’ll be contributing to the camaraderie on the hill climb with fabulous pink PapaKåta banners to help boost moral and share some Papa love at the event.
…and the best thing about CarFest – proceeds go to Children in Need, meaning you can party in the peaceful knowledge that you’re contributing to a very worthwhile cause.
