Join us for our Autumn Open Weekend: a weekend of planning and prepping, be inspired and get excited in anticipation for your own event and let the PapaKåta peeps answer your every question.

Autumn Open Weekend planning essentials: your Pink PapaKåta Planner
You’ll find us and our stunning Sperry Tents and beautiful Teepees at Escrick Park Estate, off the A19 near York, between 11am and 3pm. Please use the postcode YO19 6EA (don’t come to our Sherburn-in-Elmet office!). Look out for the pink PapaKåta sign and follow the directions through the estate to our Teepees and Sperry Tent. Please park all cars on the hard-standing and don’t drive on the grass. Registration will take place in the Sperry Tent, see you there!

With the expert help of the talented Lucy MacNicoll Floral Design and Hart Company, we will be making the most of the Sperry Tent and Teepees spacious interiors, bringing some of 2017’s event trends to life. We’ll also be showcasing our new hanging elements for the forthcoming 2018 wedding and event season, with our two-tier floral crown, floral beam, and filament bulb swing.
Working in partnership with Michelle Kelly of Pocketful of Dreams, you can expect some swoon-worthy ‘Season of Colour’ tablescapes, complete with tableware from Whitehouse Event Crockery and stunning stationery by Plewsy.

The introduction of an external terraced area with relaxed seating and festoon lighting will provide a quiet space to retreat in the stunning surroundings of Escrick Park Estate, whilst you imagine your own reception – mingling with guests under a starlit night sky!

Expect to feast on the finest Yorkshire charcuterie by The Hog & Apple Company, refreshing beverages by Speakeasy Libations and exquisite artistry by wedding cake royalty Poppy Pickering!
