Autumn Open Weekend 14th & 15th October: The Finishing Touches

So we’ve introduced you to our fabulous suppliers, talked food and drink and alluded to the fact that we’re planning a celebration of colour for our 2017 Autumn Open Weekend! What we haven’t done, is let you in on our style secrets, those finishing touches that will make you go weak at the knees when you walk into our Teepees and Sperry Tents!

Working with Michelle Kelly at Pocketful of Dreams, we’ll be bringing these beautiful ‘Season of Colour’moodboards to life, using stunning stationery, earthy crockery and textured linens to create elegant yet contemporary table-scapes.

When it comes to personalising your wedding or event and putting your own stamp on the festivities, look to the style details, those smaller, but no less important finishing touches that allow your personality, spirit and heritage to shine through.

Alongside our Teepees and Sperry Tents, we’ll be showcasing all of our luxury Finishing touches, allowing you to collate your own wedding or event wish list and helping you to visualise your day.

Taking inspiration from the autumnal tones and layered florals of the upcoming season, Plewsy have created a range of gorgeous relaxed wedding stationery for you to view at the PapaKåta Open Weekend.

We absolutely love to help you to create a paper journey for your guests – from the moment they receive your Save the Date, to the day your Thank You card falls through their door, we think it is important that they experience a design-led beautiful experience. Through before, on and after the day stationery we complement your wedding plans, colours and ideas with our own bespoke watercolour designs. Imagine busy greenery and simplistic wreaths surrounding your own hand-lettered initials.

At the open weekend, you will enjoy samples of our place names, seating plans, menus, order of service and much more to give you a snippet of our bespoke wedding stationery service.

We are proud that everything we create is illustrated in Yorkshire, always made in Britain! We source eco-aware paper and ensure we print our products as locally to us as we can.

Booth Revolution -Give your guests a keepsake, a photo to take home and keep those memories of your celebration alive!

Everyone loves a photo booth, even those who say they don’t, in fact, especially those who say they don’t! They’re usually the ones left in the booth at the end of the night! And what’s not to love about a Booth Revolution photo booth?! A contemporary version of the old-school classic photo booth. A fun and exciting memory-maker as well as being great entertainment for any event, party or wedding reception. Squeeze a group of your guests inside, grab a silly prop, press the button and strike a pose!

Our Autumn Open Weekend will be held next weekend (14th & 15th October)  at Escrick Park Estate near York. It’s the perfect opportunity to step inside the Teepees and Sperry Tents and talk to the Papa team about the finer details of your wedding or event.
